UAE based Shaklan Retail Group Announces Loyalty Program

Shaklan Group, a prominent retail chain in the UAE, has launched an exciting customer loyalty program and announced its upcoming expansion into Saudi Arabia’s retail market.

This news was shared during a press conference held by the group's senior leadership in Dubai.

"We are thrilled to unveil our much-anticipated loyalty program 'Mate.' This initiative is tailored to provide our registered customers with exceptional deals, including exclusive offers," said Abu Haris MP, Chairman of Shaklan Group.

The loyalty program is part of Shaklan Group’s broader marketing strategy aimed at boosting customer engagement and loyalty. "With the MATE rewards program, we expect to strengthen our bond with customers and enhance their shopping experience," noted Shajimon, Sales Manager.

Alongside this, Shaklan Group continues its expansion both in the UAE and internationally. A new supermarket in Discovery Gardens, Dubai, is set to open in November 2024, targeting the large expatriate community in the area. Additionally, a 20,000 sq. ft. Shaklan Hypermarket will open in Riyadh the same month.

"Saudi Arabia offers tremendous growth potential, and we are planning several projects in the region while expanding our range of premium fresh products sourced from trusted suppliers," added Abu Haris MP.
