UAE, the telecommunications division of e&, has announced a strategic collaboration with global tech giant Huawei to revolutionize voice network innovation. The partnership, unveiled at GITEX 2024, focuses on advancing Voice over New Radio (VoNR) technologies to promote a more efficient, greener, and intelligent voice communication landscape.

With a proven track record of adopting cutting-edge technologies, e& UAE has significantly enhanced its voice services, achieving a high VoLTE traffic ratio within its mobile network. Now, through its partnership with Huawei, e& UAE is set to further transform traditional voice services by integrating next-generation technologies such as the IMS Data Channel, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Augmented Reality (AR).

• Visualized Voice Calling: Users can display avatars during calls to express emotions and personalities.
• Enterprise Visible Hotline: Enhanced business communication with accessible hotline services.
• Remote Assistance: Real-time support for users via innovative calling solutions.
• AIGC Avatar: AI-generated avatars for interactive user experiences.
• Real-Time Translation: Seamless communication by breaking language barriers.

These features are designed to create an enriched communication experience that is ultra-high-definition, intelligent, and interactive.
