Tanfeeth frontline staff receive Leadership Essentials certification from NYU Abu Dhabi

Tanfeeth, a fully-owned subsidiary of Emirates NBD, has announced that fourteen of its frontline managers have received Leadership Essentials certification from the New York University in Abu Dhabi.

Their certification follows the successful completion of a six month leadership program, as part of Tanfeeths commitment towards creating a robust talent and leadership pipeline by investing in its people and providing ongoing learning and development opportunities.

The fourteen graduates were accredited at a graduation ceremony hosted at the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, which included motivational speakers, acknowledgements and recognition ceremony, and a celebratory luncheon.

The NYUAD Leadership Essentials Development Program is a tool used to enhance key capabilities among staff to support talent development that fits the current needs of the organization. The program included extensive coaching, classroom sessions, and projects geared towards teaching visionary planning, end-to-end thinking, team building, and leadership skills.

Suhail Bin Taraff, Chief Executive Officer, Tanfeeth was proud of the positive impact and productivity enhancements the program has had on graduates.
