Smart Dubai Launches Redesigned Smart Employee Application.
Smart Dubai has started an innovative rise for its Smart Employee application, completely redesigning it to offer a smooth experience for employees.
The upgrade includes a series of new and seasoned features, including the complete and customisable monitoring dashboard, which tries to meet the needs and choices of Dubai Government employees who use the Government Resource Planning Systems (GRPS).
Another notable new feature is the use of UAEPASS, which allow users to access the app using they stabilize national digital connections without needing to retain any usernames or passwords.
Smart Dubai stretches its diligence to meet peoples real-life needs, said His Excellency Wesam Lootah, CEO of the Smart Dubai Government Establishment.
With that in mind, we are continuously improving our smart services and administrations. Smart Employee is one of our leading applications launched to support Dubai Government representatives and present users with a digital work atmosphere that allows them to seamlessly and efficiently fulfil their tasks wherever and whenever they want. This application establishes the work environment of the future from today. Our goal is to shape the future, not wait to adapt to it.

Smart Employee was designed to offer several points to the Dubai Government workers digitally, preserving them time as they perform various everyday tasks and processes.
These include applying for leave, sending thank-you cards to colleagues, and Smart Path, obtaining senior authority approvals, along with numerous other features.
Moreover, the upgraded and redesigned Smart Employee application brings a host of extra features, such as Digital Certificates and Smart Attendance. The app now also supports employees
to submit digital applications to their supervisors and to track those relationships in real-time. This, in turn, improves performance and supports the Dubai Paperless Strategy.
The applications new design offers a unique event for more than 55,000 workers at 58 Dubai Government entities, facilitating their way to a wide variety of domestic services any time and from everywhere.
