Sharjah Ladies Club (SLC) will host World Wellness Weekend for the seventh year in a row, running from September 19 to 21 across all its facilities and branches. The annual initiative reflects the club’s commitment to empowering women, promoting balanced lifestyles, and advancing holistic health in the community.

Shaikha Al Suwaidi, Deputy Director General of Sharjah Ladies Club, said the club’s consistent participation aligns with the vision of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, wife of the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of the Sharjah Family and Community, to enhance women’s quality of life through physical and mental well-being in a sustainable environment.

She added:

“This year marks a milestone for our club as we participate for the seventh consecutive time. We are proud to have won the Wellness Hero 2024 title, following three years of receiving the Wellness Champion award. This recognition reflects the dedication of our team to providing an inspiring and holistic wellness experience for women and the wider community.”

Over three days, SLC will transform into an interactive hub offering workshops on nutrition, mental health, fitness, yoga, meditation, and personal care.

The program highlights include:

• September 19: Bootcamp challenge by Fitness 180 and a beauty and self-care day by Orchid Beauty Boutique in collaboration with Cosmetics RG.

• September 20: Yoga session combined with sound healing therapy.

• September 21: Sleep and creativity workshop by Dalouk Wellness Spa, along with a Zumba class by Fitness 180.

Throughout the weekend, participants can also enjoy free beach access and complimentary Cota fitness sessions.

SLC’s branches will also host tailored activities and promotions:

• Al Hamriyah branch: Free workshops on dental health, nutrition, and healthy cooking at Marasi Restaurant.

• Wadi Al Helo branch: Membership discounts and activities with Al Sharq Hospital.

• Diba Al Hisn branch: Free Zumba and aerobics classes with special promotions.

• Other branches (Madam, Kalba, Khor Fakkan, Al Dhaid, Al Bataeh): Free cycling sessions by Fitness 180 and discounts on beauty treatments.

• Orchid Beauty Boutique (Madam branch): Discounts on Altira sessions and products.
