ServeU and PureBlue Water Partner to Advance Sustainable Water and Wastewater Management Across the UAE

ServeU, a subsidiary of Union Properties and one of the UAE’s leading facilities management providers, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with PureBlue Water, a pioneer in sustainable water and wastewater treatment technologies. The partnership aims to deliver and maintain advanced distributed water treatment systems across the UAE, supporting the nation’s sustainability vision and commitment to efficient resource management.

The collaboration unites ServeU’s extensive operational expertise and regional footprint with PureBlue Water’s cutting-edge treatment technology, enabling the rollout of decentralized wastewater treatment and reuse solutions across residential, commercial, industrial, and leisure sectors throughout the UAE.

A Smarter, Greener Water Management Model

The partnership introduces PureBlue Water’s distributed water treatment systems, designed to outperform traditional centralized sewer networks. These systems eliminate the need for large-scale pressurized pipelines and complex treatment plants, resulting in faster deployment, lower construction and maintenance costs, and enhanced operational efficiency.

Crucially, treated wastewater can be reused immediately on-site for irrigation, reducing the demand for freshwater and supporting the creation of greener landscapes such as golf courses, rooftop gardens, and shaded community spaces.

Driving Sustainability and National Goals

This collaboration supports multiple United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including responsible water management, innovation in infrastructure, and the development of sustainable cities and communities. It also aligns with the UAE’s climate action agenda, emphasizing the country’s drive to integrate sustainability and innovation into its national infrastructure and development strategy.

“Through this partnership, we are taking a major step toward building water-smart communities across the UAE,” said a ServeU spokesperson. “By combining sustainable technology with operational excellence, we can help customers conserve resources while maintaining high living and environmental standards.”

A PureBlue Water representative added, “Our decentralized treatment technology redefines how wastewater is managed—making it cleaner, faster, and more efficient. This partnership with ServeU accelerates the UAE’s journey toward a more sustainable and self-sufficient future.”

Commitment to a Sustainable Future

Through this collaboration, ServeU and PureBlue Water are setting new benchmarks for sustainable facilities management and water efficiency. The partnership ensures that communities across the UAE can leverage modern, decentralized infrastructure to reuse water responsibly, minimize environmental impact, and support the UAE’s long-term vision for a greener, more sustainable future.
