Dubai-based travel media and technology specialist Reach MENA has rebranded as TruReach, expanding its positioning into a global Destination Growth Solutions company as it seeks to take its MENA-developed expertise into international tourism markets.
The new model combines travel-demand intelligence, destination diagnostics and advisory, media activation and arrival attribution to help tourism organisations and travel brands identify valuable demand, improve conversion and measure the resulting visitor and economic impact.
While expanding internationally, TruReach said MENA will remain central to its business, client relationships and future growth.
From travel media to destination growth
Founded in 2010, Reach MENA initially focused on helping brands reach niche and high-value audiences before developing into a travel and tourism specialist.
The company now supports more than 100 travel clients and partners and runs more than 2,000 campaigns annually. It says its work has generated 3 million verified visitor arrivals and $6 billion in measured economic impact.
The rebrand reflects a broader shift from campaign-level media delivery towards destination-level decision-making.
Mazen Hallaway, CEO of TruReach, said the company aims to help tourism leaders understand where valuable demand is emerging, what prevents it from converting and which investments generate measurable visitation and economic value.
AI and travel intelligence at the core
TruReach’s new offering includes TruPersonas, an AI-powered audience intelligence layer designed to identify current, historic and potential future travellers based on travel intent and conversion indicators.
Its TruReach Advisory business focuses on destination demand, market conditions, connectivity and barriers to growth, while TruImpact connects marketing activity with brand metrics, visitor arrivals and economic contribution.
The company said the integrated approach is intended to give tourism ministries, destination boards, airlines, hotels, retailers and luxury brands a more complete view of the journey from demand generation to actual visitation.
China becomes key growth market
China will form a major part of TruReach’s next phase of international expansion.
Iris Guan has joined as Managing Director of TruReach China, where she will lead product development and strengthen partnerships across China's travel and media ecosystem. Guan brings more than 20 years of experience with Publicis, Omnicom and WPP in China.
The company is also building on its Shanghai presence as it develops products aimed at China's international travel market.
Expanding global footprint
TruReach currently operates from Dubai, Shanghai and Milan, with a representative office in London. The international expansion follows the launch of its Shanghai and Milan operations at DMEXCO in 2025.
The company said its global strategy will allow it to apply the travel intelligence, media expertise and partnerships developed in MENA to destinations and travel businesses across Europe, China and other international markets.
Eyad Abdul Khalek, Executive Advisor at TruReach, said the company is seeking to connect demand signals, market context, audience intelligence, activation and measurement within a single decision-making framework.
Moving beyond campaign measurement
John Speers, VP of Tourism Strategy at TruReach Advisory, said travel demand is becoming more volatile as consumer confidence, air connectivity, visa policies, economic conditions and geopolitical developments influence destination choices.
The company's advisory offering is therefore designed to help destinations understand where future demand may originate, how travellers can be influenced at key decision points and how short-term marketing activity can be aligned with longer-term destination strategies.
TruReach unveils new positioning at ATM Dubai
TruReach is presenting its new positioning during Arabian Travel Market 2026, being held at Dubai World Trade Centre from September 14 to 17.
The company is using the event to outline its shift from traditional travel-media measurement towards an integrated model linking destination intelligence, advisory, media activation and measurable visitor outcomes.
The company said the objective is to enable destination leaders to make earlier decisions, direct investment towards higher-value opportunities and measure tourism growth beyond conventional campaign metrics.
