Parkin and Dubai Holding Announce Strategic Partnership to Launch Smart Parking Solutions Across Key Dubai Communities

Parkin Company PJSC, Dubai’s leading provider of paid public parking facilities and services, has signed a strategic agreement with Dubai Holding, a globally diversified investment company, to deploy smart, community-centric parking solutions across several master-planned communities in Dubai.

Under the agreement, Parkin will operate and manage approximately 29,600 paid parking spaces, significantly expanding its developer-owned portfolio to around 50,400 spaces. The partnership is expected to have a moderate impact on Parkin’s operational income starting mid-Q3 2025, marking a critical milestone in the company’s growth and urban mobility strategy.

The initiative is designed to respond to increasing parking demand and urban congestion across key destinations in Dubai. Through the use of advanced digital technologies, real-time data analytics, and enforcement systems, Parkin will oversee full-scale parking operations to ensure optimized space management, operational efficiency, and improved accessibility.

Incorporating a digitally enabled, customer-focused approach, the new parking model aims to support smart mobility, increase urban connectivity, and deliver added value to residents and visitors within Dubai Holding’s developments.

The agreement reflects a shared vision by both Parkin and Dubai Holding to invest in infrastructure and mobility technologies that align with Dubai’s broader urban expansion and sustainability goals.

Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, CEO of Parkin, stated:

“This strategic partnership with Dubai Holding strengthens our presence in the private developer parking segment, enabling us to extend our market-leading parking solutions across key communities in the emirate, while delivering integrated urban mobility experiences that enhance our customers’ quality of life. The operational rollout will proceed in phases, fully aligned with Parkin’s rigorous operational standards and commitment to improving efficiency and day-to-day convenience.”

He further noted that the collaboration represents a major milestone in Parkin’s expansion strategy and reaffirms the company’s dedication to delivering sustainable, innovative, and resident-focused infrastructure that meets the demands of a rapidly growing city.

As Dubai continues to evolve into a global model for smart urban living, partnerships like this highlight the importance of technology-driven infrastructure in improving everyday mobility and enhancing the overall urban experience.
