Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has unveiled the latest release from its Beach & Coral Collections at Palm Jebel Ali, featuring 44 beachfront villas across 10 architectural designs on Frond F.
The limited collection comprises five-, six- and seven-bedroom villas, each offering direct beach access and uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf. The homes have been designed by four architecture and design studios NAGA Architects, SAOTA, LW Design Group and LOCI Architecture.
Two Collections Offer Distinctive Architectural Styles
The Frond F release is divided into the Beach Collection and Coral Collection, offering different approaches to waterfront living.
The Beach Collection comprises five- and six-bedroom villas ranging from approximately 7,500 to 8,500 square feet. The designs focus on clean horizontal forms, natural materials and indoor-outdoor spaces intended to create a calm residential environment.
Its four designs include Cyan Sky by NAGA Architects, Wave Crest by LW Design Group, and Ocean Whisper and Blue Jay by SAOTA.
Colin Doyle, Founding Partner at LW Design Group, said the Wave Crest concept draws inspiration from the horizon and changing light across the Arabian Gulf, incorporating natural stone, warm timber, textured plaster and expansive glazing.
Coral Collection Brings a More Sculptural Approach
The Coral Collection offers a larger format, with six- and seven-bedroom villas ranging from approximately 11,500 to 12,500 square feet.
The six designs Coral Dune, Sunset Mirage, Amber Reef, Red Aurora, Redwood and Porcelain Roses use more expressive architectural forms, distinctive silhouettes and larger spaces to create a stronger visual presence along the waterfront.
The collection includes designs by NAGA Architects, SAOTA, LW Design Group and LOCI Architecture.
Dr Shams Eldien Naga, Founder of NAGA Architects, said the Coral Collection was conceived around a series of connected experiences, with terraces, courtyards and panoramic views creating a relationship between the architecture, landscape and shoreline.
Palm Jebel Ali Takes Shape as a Major Waterfront Destination
Palm Jebel Ali is planned across seven islands and 16 fronds, with approximately 120 kilometres of coastline and more than 90 kilometres of beachfront.
The Frond F release forms part of Nakheel's wider development of the destination, with the latest collection placing architectural variety and direct waterfront access at the centre of the residential offering.
Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said the 44-villa collection reflects the company's ambition to establish a new benchmark for beachfront living in Dubai.
Across the 10 designs, the homes are planned around natural light, sea breezes, terraces, courtyards and views of the Arabian Gulf. The limited number of villas also highlights the finite nature of beachfront residential opportunities on the development's fronds.
