OMODA & JAECOO hosts first Abu Dhabi community drive at Yas Marina Circuit with more than 350 participants
OMODA & JAECOO UAE brought together more than 350 automotive enthusiasts and community members at Yas Marina Circuit for its first large-scale Abu Dhabi Community Drive, marking another milestone in the brand’s growing presence across the UAE.
Held under the theme “One Community. One Passion. One Drive.”, the event welcomed more than 150 OMODA and JAECOO vehicle owners, reflecting the rapid growth of the brand’s customer community and its focus on building engagement beyond traditional vehicle ownership.
Designed as an experience-led gathering, the event aimed to strengthen connections between owners, families, and automotive enthusiasts while reinforcing the brand’s emphasis on lifestyle-driven customer experiences.
The centerpiece of the event was an exclusive owner convoy and community drive around Yas Marina Circuit, giving participants the opportunity to drive their vehicles on one of the region’s most recognized motorsport venues.
The coordinated drive created a visual showcase of the expanding OMODA & JAECOO owner network across the UAE while offering participants a unique motorsport-inspired experience.
Adding to the occasion, attendees participated in a signature aerial formation photograph, with vehicles arranged in a large-scale display symbolizing the growing community and shared identity among OMODA & JAECOO owners.
Following the circuit experience, guests moved to the Sunset Lounge, where the evening continued with refreshments, networking opportunities, and interactive entertainment overlooking the track.
The gathering also featured a live watch party for the Saudi Arabia vs Spain football match, creating a festival-style atmosphere through themed activities, competitions, giveaways, and community engagement experiences.
Commenting on the event, Shawn Xu, CEO of OMODA & JAECOO Automobile International, said the initiative reflects the company’s ambition to build more than an automotive customer base by creating a global community centered on innovation, intelligent mobility, and shared experiences.
Since entering the UAE market, OMODA & JAECOO has continued expanding its footprint through a growing showroom network and increasing customer adoption.
According to the company, the brand has surpassed 5,000 vehicle sales in the UAE and recently exceeded one million cumulative global vehicle sales within three years.
The current UAE portfolio includes models such as the OMODA C5, OMODA C7, JAECOO J5, JAECOO J7 SHS, and JAECOO J8 SHS, alongside continued investment in intelligent mobility technologies.
The company also highlighted future innovations expected to reach the UAE market, including its Super Hybrid System (SHS) and Valet Parking Driver (VPD) technology, also referred to as Super Intelligent Parking (SIP).
