Modon Launches Phase One of Maysan Freehold Development on Reem Island
Modon has launched Maysan, a luxury freehold residential development on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. The first phase of the project introduces two districts, Mayar and Thoraya, offering innovative living spaces tailored to the diverse needs of families, investors, and individuals.
The Mayar district features 132 stacked maisonettes, a first for Abu Dhabi, designed to merge nature with modern living.
