Edmund Petano, a Filipino national, is the lucky winner of an exquisite Aston Martin Vantage S at The Dubai Malls Spend & Win promotion held in December.

A senior representative from the Raffle Draws Sector at the Department of Economic Development, drew the coupon N. 387962, belonging to Edmund Petano, in the presence of representatives from The Dubai Mall.

As part of the Spend & Win promotion, visitors qualified to participate in the raffle draw upon spending AED 300 and more at The Dubai Mall, the worlds largest and most-visited shopping and entertainment destination, to win the luxury 2015 Aston Martin Vantage S.
