Following the complete sellout of Release 1, the launch of Release 2 marks a significant milestone in the development of this coastal lifestyle destination, which sits strategically between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The new phase includes 111 villas, 60 townhouses, and 8 apartment buildings, all spread across approximately 90,580 square meters within the broader AlJurf master plan.
