IMG Worlds of Adventure is set to captivate visitors this Eid Al Adha with the introduction of two original characters, Freddy and Flory, the dynamic duo of Arabian Foxes. These new characters aim to entertain guests while raising awareness about the endangered Arabian Fox, a species native to the UAE.

The introduction of Freddy and Flory aligns with IMG Worlds' mission to blend entertainment with education. Mr. Ilyas Galadari, co-founder of IMG Worlds, explained, "We wanted to introduce characters that not only entertain but also carry a message of cultural significance. The Arabian Fox was a natural choice for us, symbolizing agility, intelligence, and adaptability." Mr. Mustafa Galadari added, "We believe that bringing awareness to the community through entertainment and character building is impactful and delivers a long-lasting message, which has always been a pillar in IMG’s strategy."

Freddy and Flory will engage guests with their adventurous spirit, leading the “Call to Adventure Parade” and exploring new attractions like “The Jungle Boulevard,” “Edge of the World Temple,” and the mysterious “Mayan Pyramid.” These explorations aim to create memorable experiences for visitors of all ages, promoting the values of courage, freedom, continuous exploration, and believing in dreams.

The Arabian Fox, also known as the Desert Fox or Fennec Fox (Vulpes Zerda), has been listed on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species since 2018. With only three sightings in the UAE over the past 20 years, IMG Worlds chose this species to highlight the importance of biodiversity and conservation, in line with the UAE’s Vision 2030, which emphasizes the conservation of biodiversity, habitat, and cultural heritage for future generations.

Rola Osseiran, Group Head of Marketing at IMG Group, stated, "Summer 2024 in Dubai marks the beginning of a new era for IMG Worlds.
