Huawei and Partners Launch the Industry Ecosystem Integration Solution Partnership Program

During GITEX Global 2025, Huawei, in collaboration with Shandong Bittel Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd (Bittel) and South Korea’s Solum, officially launched the “Industry Ecosystem Integration Solution Partnership Program.” The initiative is designed to empower global enterprises with innovative services and accelerate business growth through advanced, AI-driven technologies and integrated industry collaboration.

Responding to the rapid expansion of intelligent hotel and retail markets worldwide, Huawei’s new program adopts a “platform + ecosystem” model to address common challenges such as fragmented industry-specific solutions, complex delivery processes, and high operations and maintenance (O&M) costs. By closely collaborating with ecosystem partners, the program aims to deliver integrated and intelligent solutions tailored to specific business scenarios.

In the hotel sector, Huawei and Bittel introduced an end-to-end intelligent hotel solution that integrates AI-powered platforms, campus networking, and IoT technologies. This solution focuses on three key benefits:

• Enhanced pre-arrival experience through automatic room temperature adjustments and card-less mobile check-ins.

• Smarter in-stay services using voice control for in-room devices and personalized recommendations for local attractions and services.

• Energy-efficient and secure departures with automatic shutdown of air conditioning and lighting systems, alongside intelligent privacy protection mechanisms.

Advancing the Future of Intelligent Retail

For the global retail market, Huawei and Solum jointly launched an intelligent retail solution that integrates Solum’s electronic shelf label (ESL) technology with Huawei’s AI capabilities. This system enables real-time price and promotion updates, smart shopping guidance, and AI-driven inventory optimization, improving operational efficiency while enhancing the digital shopping experience for consumers.
