HE Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita Inaugurates IPS 2025 with Record Global Participation

The 21st edition of the International Property Show sees representation from 85 countries and introduces bold initiatives aligned with Dubai’s Real Estate Strategy 2033.

His Excellency Eng. Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, Director General of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), officially inaugurated the 21st edition of the International Property Show (IPS 2025) at the Dubai World Trade Centre today. The landmark event, running until April 16, is hosting over 300 exhibitors from 85 countries and is projected to welcome more than 25,000 visitors, marking its most expansive edition to date.

IPS 2025 not only cements Dubai’s growing status as a global real estate hub but also coincides with the official launch of the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033—a transformative framework focused on market transparency, sustainability, innovation, and global competitiveness.

“IPS continues to serve as a strategic platform to showcase smart real estate solutions and forge strong industry connections,” said HE Bin Ghalita. “This year’s edition underlines Dubai’s commitment to shaping sustainable, future-ready cities while reinforcing investor confidence through increased transparency and governance.”

Unified Government Vision for Real Estate Excellence

At the heart of the show is the Dubai Land Department’s exhibit, which highlights a collaborative approach with entities such as the Dubai Municipality and the Dubai Rental Disputes Center. Together, they present a cohesive model that aligns with the goals of Dubai’s visionary urban strategies, including the Economic Agenda D33, Social Agenda 33, and the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.

Among the strategic initiatives being showcased:

  • Real Estate i – Global promotional initiative expanding Dubai’s visibility through developer partnerships.

  • She Pioneers – A platform to empower women’s roles in the real estate sector.

  • Real Estate Tokenisation Project – Regional-first adoption of blockchain technology for property registration.

  • Tayseer – Enhancing transparency in jointly owned properties.

  • Tamkeen – Cultivating Emirati talent for sector leadership.

  • Dubai Real Estate Broker Programme – Increasing Emiratisation in brokerage.

  • Freehold Ownership Expansion – Allowing all nationalities to own property across 457 newly designated plots.

  • Strata Registration Initiative – Enhancing ownership options for Emiratis.

  • Real Estate Advertising Governance Platform – An AI-driven compliance and transparency system.

  • Real Estate Evolution Space (REES) – A tech-driven hub promoting digital transformation and PropTech adoption.

Major Participation and Developer Showcase

The event features top regional developers, including Danube Properties, Sobha Realty, BinGhatti Properties, Samana Group, and many others. International participants include government delegations and property institutions from Saudi Arabia, Georgia, Pakistan, and Oman.

A standout attraction at the exhibition is the Developers Hub, an immersive space for live project showcases, enabling direct investor engagement, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities in smart city development.

Institutional Conferences and Women in Real Estate Forum

The show also hosts the Main Conference and the Institutional Investor Conference, featuring global experts and decision-makers exploring market trends, investment strategies, and real estate innovations.

On Day 2, the spotlight shifts to IPS Women 2025, a dedicated conference in partnership with the Women’s Council of Realtors Miami-Dade, focusing on female empowerment, leadership development, and mentorship in real estate.

IPS 2025 is open to the public daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Sheikh Saeed Halls 1, 2, and 3, Dubai World Trade Centre.
