EYWA partners with Longevium Clinic to expand preventive healthcare access for residents
EYWA by R.Evolution has partnered with Dubai-based Longevium Clinic to connect its luxury residential offering with preventive healthcare, personalized medical services and long-term wellbeing support.
The collaboration will give EYWA residents preferential rates on Longevium’s health programmes, which may include advanced diagnostics, biological-age assessments and personalized health protocols, depending on the selected programme. Medical interventions will be provided under physician guidance.
EYWA’s Health and Longevity concierge will coordinate residents’ access to the clinic’s services and help them manage their ongoing wellness goals. Members of the EYWA Membership Club will also be eligible for Longevium packages and offers.
The partnership brings together EYWA’s focus on health-oriented residential design and Longevium’s work in metabolic health, preventive care and data-driven medicine.
Connecting residential design with personal health
EYWA’s residential approach incorporates biophilic design, neuroarchitecture and technology, with a focus on factors such as air and water quality, natural light, access to nature and low-electromagnetic-field (EMF) bedrooms.
The partnership is based on the idea that everyday surroundings and habits—including sleep, physical activity, nutrition, metabolic health and emotional wellbeing—can contribute to overall quality of life.
While residential design can help create an environment that supports healthier routines, medical assessments and professional guidance can help individuals better understand their health needs and track changes over time.
Alex Zagrebelny, Founder and CEO of EYWA by R.Evolution, said the concept of luxury residential living is increasingly extending beyond interiors and architecture to include health and wellbeing.
He said EYWA aims to integrate supportive living environments, daily routines, family and social interaction, and opportunities for recovery into its residential experience. The partnership with Longevium adds medical expertise and health-performance insights to that approach.
The collaboration also aligns with the UAE’s broader focus on quality of life. The country’s National Strategy for Wellbeing 2031 identifies healthier lifestyles, mental wellbeing and an integrated approach to health as key priorities.
Longevium brings preventive medicine expertise
Founded by Dr. Ksenia Butova, a longevity physician and vascular specialist with 14 years of clinical experience, Longevium operates three clinics in Dubai and has a team of more than 100 professionals.
The clinic focuses on preventive healthcare, metabolic health and human performance, using data-driven medicine and biomedical innovation to support healthspan—the period of life spent in good health.
Dr. Butova said the partnership combines EYWA’s emphasis on residential design with Longevium’s medical expertise to provide residents with a more informed approach to long-term wellbeing.
She added that medical assessments and ongoing health tracking can help individuals understand their needs and monitor progress over time.
Dubai's growing focus on longevity
The partnership comes amid increasing attention to preventive healthcare and longevity in Dubai. The establishment of the Dubai Longevity Authority in June 2026 reflects the emirate’s ambition to advance longevity science and healthcare.
For EYWA, the agreement forms part of a wider strategy to develop a network of specialist partners and expand its residential offering beyond architecture and design.
By combining residential environments with access to medical expertise, the company aims to provide residents and membership-club participants with additional resources to support their long-term health and wellbeing.
