Eton Solutions and Asas Capital Partner to Launch Middle East’s First “Family Office as a Service” Model
Eton Solutions, a global leader in WealthTech solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Asas Capital to launch the Middle East’s first “Family Office as a Service” (FOaaS) platform. This exclusive collaboration will see Eton Solutions become the sole technology partner for Asas Capital’s newly licensed Multi-Family Office in Saudi Arabia, delivering next-generation wealth management services to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-net-worth (HNW) families across the region.
Asas Capital, headquartered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and licensed by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), will implement Eton’s Administrative Family Office (AFO) framework powered by its proprietary AtlasFive® platform. The partnership aims to provide institutional-grade financial tools with tailored advisory services, creating a fully integrated and transparent solution for managing generational wealth.
With over 15 years of advisory experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Asas Capital has built a solid reputation in private equity, pre-IPO investments, asset management, and corporate advisory. This latest initiative positions the firm as a regional pioneer in the digital transformation of family offices, leveraging advanced ERP technology and a stakeholder-first approach to redefine legacy wealth management in one of the world’s fastest-growing private wealth markets—Saudi Arabia.
Himanshu Khandelwal, CEO of Asas Capital, commented:
“Eton’s partnership with Asas sets a new gold standard for family office services in the Gulf. By integrating Eton’s globally trusted platform, we’re able to streamline family wealth with unmatched precision and transparency. We are not just managing wealth—we’re engineering a smarter, more secure future for the Gulf’s most accomplished families.”
The AtlasFive® platform, used by more than 800 families globally and managing over $1 trillion in assets, supports 14.2 million transactions annually. It provides real-time portfolio insights, automated compliance, and intelligent scenario modeling—all with a strong emphasis on data security and operational efficiency.
Satyen Patel, Executive Chairman of Eton Solutions, said:
“The Middle East represents a cornerstone of Eton’s global strategy. This partnership with Asas Capital accelerates our shared vision of family office innovation. Together, we’re not just responding to the region’s rapid growth—we’re shaping its future.”
The launch comes as the Middle East, and particularly Saudi Arabia, continues to emerge as a hub for UHNW investment, demanding sophisticated and scalable family office infrastructure. With this move, Asas Capital is expected to become the region’s first fully integrated “Family Office as a Service” provider, offering a seamless blend of digital and personal wealth advisory capabilities.
