Etihad Credit Insurance to Serve as Host Partner at TXF MENA 2025 in Dubai
Etihad Credit Insurance (ECI), the UAE’s federal export credit agency, will take center stage as the Host Partner at the upcoming TXF MENA 2025 conference. The event, scheduled for 15–16 April at the Ritz-Carlton, Jumeirah Beach Residence in Dubai, will spotlight innovative financing strategies to bolster national exports and explore key challenges and opportunities in regional trade and investment finance.
ECI’s prominent participation underscores its commitment to enhancing the global competitiveness of UAE-based businesses by providing support through export credit solutions, insurance tools, and expert guidance. These efforts contribute significantly to the growth of non-oil foreign trade and the international expansion of locally produced goods and services.
During the two-day event, ECI will operate a dedicated pavilion to showcase opportunities within the export sector and host collaborative meetings with stakeholders and potential partners. The platform aims to foster cross-sector partnerships that align with the UAE’s broader goals of economic diversification and sustainable growth.
Her Excellency Raja Al Mazrouei, CEO of Etihad Credit Insurance, will deliver a keynote address, focusing on the UAE’s thriving export and foreign trade ecosystem. Her speech will highlight ECI’s strategic initiatives to empower exporters, facilitate re-exports, and position the UAE as a global trade leader. H.E. Al Mazrouei will also emphasize the role of international conferences in strengthening manufacturing and export sectors, improving trade logistics, and forging lasting economic partnerships.
Commenting on the participation, H.E. Al Mazrouei said:
“Participating in this premier event exemplifies ECI’s approach to supporting and enabling export, re-export, and non-oil foreign trade activities from the UAE. Our focus is on delivering practical insurance and credit solutions to ensure that UAE businesses can compete and expand internationally. TXF MENA 2025 offers a key platform to develop partnerships across sectors that play vital roles in economic growth and sustainability.”
In addition, Yasmin Bahgat, Head of Export Finance at ECI, will participate in a high-level panel discussion titled “Going Local: The Rise of Regional ECAs in Africa and the Middle East.” She will join other industry leaders to examine the current landscape, trends, and future outlook for regional export credit agencies in the evolving global market.
TXF MENA 2025 will feature a dynamic agenda, including panel discussions, roundtables, and workshops, with active participation from experts in export and project finance across the Middle East and North Africa. The event aims to promote innovation, collaboration, and economic resilience through strategic partnerships between export credit agencies and financial institutions.
