Ducab, the UAE-based leading manufacturer of high-quality cables and cabling products, celebrated the successful conclusion of its Summer Programme 2015, in which Emirati students from colleges and universities in the UAE experienced on-the-job training over the course of 2 months.

At the summer graduation ceremony, Ducab management presented the students with certificates of completion and motivational rewards.

Mona Fekri, General Manager Human Resources at Ducab, said: Ducab believes that todays youth are our nations strongest asset for building a strong, sustainable tomorrow. We are therefore committed to empowering students with the practical training they need to be prepared to join the workforce upon graduation.

The students joined Ducabs summer programme in July, rotating through the companys various departments. Throughout their time there, they gained hands-on experience working in fields such as human resources and sales, cables testing and Manufacturing gaining skills that they can apply in the studies and careers.
