dubizzle Cars and Al-Futtaim Auto Centers partner to enhance used car ownership in the UAE

dubizzle Cars, the UAE's largest automotive marketplace, has partnered with Al-Futtaim Auto Centers to provide scheduled maintenance packages for eligible used vehicles purchased through the platform.

The strategic partnership brings together dubizzle Cars' extensive automotive marketplace and Al-Futtaim Auto Centers' nationwide aftersales network, with the aim of making vehicle ownership more convenient, transparent and hassle-free for customers across the UAE.

The partnership was announced during a signing ceremony at dubizzle Group's headquarters in Dubai CommerCity. Under the agreement, eligible customers can purchase a prepaid maintenance package at the time they buy a vehicle through dubizzle Cars.

Maintenance services available across the UAE

The Service Contract provides customers with access to Al-Futtaim Auto Centers' network of service centres across the Emirates. Services include maintenance by certified technicians, the use of quality parts, mobile servicing and vehicle pick-up and delivery options.

Hossein Rafatnejad, Commercial Director at dubizzle Cars, said the partnership reflects changing expectations among used car buyers, who increasingly seek support beyond the initial vehicle purchase.

He said dubizzle Cars has been expanding its automotive ecosystem to include services such as vehicle inspections, market valuations, financing and insurance, with scheduled maintenance now adding another layer of support to the ownership journey.

Focus on a more convenient ownership experience

The partnership comes as UAE used car buyers increasingly look for integrated services that simplify vehicle ownership after the purchase.

By combining vehicle discovery with maintenance support, the two companies aim to give customers greater access to professional servicing from the beginning of their ownership period.

Jean-Pascal Bourdier, Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Auto Centers, said the collaboration combines the capabilities of two established brands with a shared focus on convenience and customer service.

Al-Futtaim Auto Centers provides servicing for multiple vehicle makes and models through its UAE network, alongside mobile service and pick-up and delivery options. The company also operates seven days a week.

Expanding the automotive ecosystem

The agreement forms part of dubizzle Group's wider strategy to develop an end-to-end automotive ecosystem covering different stages of the vehicle ownership journey.

Its services extend from vehicle discovery and valuation to inspections, financing, insurance and, through the new partnership, scheduled maintenance.

The Service Contract is now available for eligible vehicles listed on dubizzle Cars, allowing customers to add prepaid maintenance coverage when purchasing qualifying used vehicles.
