Dubai to Welcome New Icon: Crypto Tower by 2027
Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) and REIT Development have announced the launch of the Crypto Tower, a 17-story architectural landmark designed to cater to the burgeoning blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web3 industries in the UAE.
The tower, set to be completed in Q1 2027, will span over 150,000 square feet of leasable space, offering a range of high-end features and cutting-edge facilities to support the city’s growing crypto ecosystem.

- Nine floors tailored for crypto startups and established blockchain enterprises.
- Three floors dedicated to blockchain incubators, venture capital firms, and investment companies.
- One floor designed for artificial intelligence (AI) innovation.

- A 10,000-square-foot indoor event space and a 3,500-square-foot outdoor area for hosting crypto and blockchain events.
- A 30,000-square-foot crypto club on the top three floors for networking and leisure.

- An NFT art gallery showcasing digital art collections.
- A gold bullion shop and an exotic car dealership.
- A 5,000-square-foot vault storage area for securing valuables, including gold, cash, and cold wallets.
Blockchain Integration
The Crypto Tower will leverage blockchain technology for tenant interactions, utilizing on-chain voting mechanisms, smart contracts, and automated services to enhance transparency, reduce administrative tasks, and set a new standard in community decision-making and management.
