Dubai South Business Hub Free Zone partners with Sony to support startup ecosystem
Dubai South Business Hub Free Zone (DSBH) has entered into a strategic partnership with Sony Middle East and Africa to provide entrepreneurs, startups and SMEs with access to technology, educational programmes and business development resources aimed at accelerating growth.
The collaboration will enable businesses operating within DSBH to benefit from exclusive Sony offers, professional imaging and audio solutions, and a series of expert-led workshops and masterclasses focused on content creation, digital marketing, branding and business growth.
The agreement was signed at Dubai South Headquarters by Saif Al-Ali, Director of Licensing and Free Zone Management at Dubai South Business Hub Free Zone, and Jobin Joejoe, Managing Director of Sony Middle East and Africa.
The partnership expands DSBH's support ecosystem beyond company formation by providing practical resources that entrepreneurs can apply directly to their businesses. Alongside licensing, visa services, banking partnerships and post-licensing support, the initiative aims to equip founders with the tools and expertise needed to strengthen their market presence.
As part of the collaboration, Sony will serve as DSBH's technology partner, offering founders access to professional imaging and audio equipment on preferential terms while providing guidance on how to maximise its use for content creation, branding and customer engagement.
