H.E Mohammed Abdulla Lengawi, Director General of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, emphasized the unique importance of this year's Airport Exhibition, aligning with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's recent announcement regarding the new passenger terminal at Al Maktoum International Airport. This ambitious project, set to become the world's largest, with an estimated cost of AED 128 billion, will commence construction immediately, significantly increasing the airport's capacity to accommodate up to 260 million passengers.
