Diriyah Company and SRMG sign MoU to enhance media collaboration

Diriyah Company has signed a landmark memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Saudi Research and Media Group (SRMG) to strengthen cooperation in the media sector and develop innovative projects that reinforce Diriyah’s global reputation as a destination of historical and cultural significance.

The agreement, signed by Jerry Inzerillo, Group CEO of Diriyah Company, and Jomana Al-Rashid, CEO of SRMG, aims to amplify cultural and national narratives while expanding their reach to audiences across the Kingdom and international markets.

Under the MoU, the two entities will collaborate across four core areas: corporate and media communications; events, exhibitions, conferences, and visits; data and knowledge exchange; as well as joint training programs and initiatives. A joint team will be established to oversee the development of projects that reflect the shared vision of both organizations.

The partnership also includes enhanced collaboration across SRMG’s media platforms, hosting international media delegations in Diriyah, and exploring opportunities for joint cultural and social activities. This cooperation builds on SRMG’s expertise in analytical storytelling and integrated journalistic coverage, aligning with Diriyah’s vision of effectively communicating its identity and aspirations.

Commenting on the agreement, Jerry Inzerillo, CEO of Diriyah Company, said:
“The signing of this MoU between Diriyah Company and SRMG represents a strategic step toward enhancing collaboration in the media and marketing sectors. It aligns with our vision to be active enablers in these industries through the Media and Innovation District, currently under development within the Diriyah project, which will become a vibrant hub for media and technological creativity in the region.”

Jomana Al-Rashid, CEO of SRMG, added:
“This MoU reinforces SRMG’s approach of building strategic alliances with influential partners who share our ambition to enrich the Kingdom’s cultural and media landscape. Through this agreement, we will support Diriyah’s vision with our integrated media solutions, combining broad reach, digital capabilities, and editorial insight to deliver impactful content that engages both local and international audiences.”

The agreement is part of a broader series of partnerships Diriyah Company has signed with public and private entities in support of Saudi Vision 2030. It also underscores Diriyah’s commitment to the development of the upcoming Media and Innovation District, a 250,000-square-meter hub designed to attract global media talent. The district will feature commercial and office spaces, residential units, and a luxury hotel, positioning Diriyah as a dynamic center for culture, creativity, and media.
