-
Continued efforts to drive sustainability through the company’s supply chain, including the innovative Sustainable Supply Chain Financing initiative. This program provides financing to suppliers based on their EcoVadis sustainability rating, resulting in improvements for 20 percent of enrolled suppliers and an advanced level reached by 36 percent.
-
Publication of Bridgestone EMEA’s inaugural Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Report, outlining the company’s ambitions and actions to enhance diversity and representation within its workforce.
-
Multiple projects and initiatives under the Bridgestone Global Road Safety Program, aimed at promoting road safety and supporting the United Nations goal of halving road deaths and injuries by 2030. Activities in EMEA included tire check events, road safety trainings, and education programs reaching over 20,000 beneficiaries.
Laurent Dartoux, Group President of Bridgestone EMEA, expressed pride in the organization's achievement, stating, “Maintaining our Platinum EcoVadis rating reflects our ongoing commitment to all areas of sustainability and the progress we’re making as an evolving company, guided by the Bridgestone E8 Commitment."
