London-listed luxury international real estate developer, Dar Global, has revealed an exciting collaboration with Aston Martin, the British ultra-luxury marque. This partnership will see Aston Martin's renowned design team crafting interiors for an exquisite beachfront residential development in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Set to be officially introduced in May, the new development will grace the majestic Al Marjan Island, marking Aston Martin's first foray into real estate projects in the GCC region. Leveraging its acclaimed design prowess, the iconic car brand aims to infuse the property with its signature sophistication, elegance, and high-performance ethos.

Positioned strategically near the highly anticipated Wynn Resort, the residence with interiors by Aston Martin promises a unique blend of luxury living and natural coastal beauty. Residents will enjoy access to a private beach, scenic walking tracks, and lush green spaces, all within an hour's reach of the vibrant city of Dubai.

With an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately US$250 million, the project is slated for official unveiling in May 2024, with construction scheduled for completion by 2028. The development is a joint venture between Dar Global and Aarvees Group, further solidifying Ras Al Khaimah's status as a premier real estate destination.
