Azizi Developments Reaches 56% Completion of Azizi Vista in Dubai Studio City
Azizi Developments has announced that construction of Azizi Vista in Dubai Studio City is now 56% complete. The project, which offers a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, is expected to be completed by Q2 2025.
The development is progressing swiftly, with structural work fully completed, blockwork at 99%, and internal plaster at 95%. Additionally, HVAC systems are 60% finished, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems are at 53%. To maintain this momentum, the workforce has been increased to 562.
Azizi Vista is located in Dubai Studio City, a growing hub for film and television production, and is designed to cater to young professionals and families. Residents will enjoy proximity to key attractions such as Dubai Autodrome, Miracle Garden, IMG Parks & Resorts, and several sports facilities.
