Azizi Developments partners with Sakr Power Generation for diesel generators across Dubai projects
Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private developers, has entered into a strategic partnership with Lebanon-based Sakr Power Generation to equip its Dubai projects with advanced diesel generators. Under the agreement, Sakr Power Generation will provide its MBH-branded generators to ensure uninterrupted power supply across Azizi’s rapidly expanding portfolio.
Sakr Power Generation, established in Lebanon, is a regional leader in designing and manufacturing high-performance energy systems. Its MBH generators are widely recognized for their durability, efficiency, and adaptability in supporting large-scale developments and critical infrastructure. With decades of expertise, the company has built a reputation for reliability and innovation, serving industries and communities across the Middle East and beyond.

One of the flagship projects benefiting from this partnership is Azizi Milan, a landmark master-planned community in Dubai. With a total value exceeding AED 75 billion, Azizi Milan will span 40 million sq. ft. of GFA, accommodating 144,000 residents and featuring 800 hotel keys. Inspired by Milan’s cultural heritage and Italian fashion sophistication, the development will combine luxury living with sustainability.
Azizi Milan will feature pedestrian-only fashion streets dedicated to perfumery, cosmetics, dress fashion, and accessories, lined with boutique shops, high-fashion brands, cafés, fine-dining venues, and entertainment options. It aims to establish itself as the region’s new fashion hub, hosting international fashion shows and lifestyle events.
Sustainability remains at the heart of the project, with every building designed to include landscaped rooftop gardens, infinity pools surrounded by greenery, panoramic elevators offering scenic views, and a canal that creates a vibrant waterfront setting. The community will also incorporate schools, nurseries, mosques, wellness centers, parks, luxury hotels, and a sprawling mall.
Azizi Milan’s tallest towers will rise up to 70 stories, complemented by mid-rise buildings of 25 to 35 stories, blending modern living with tranquility. Strategically located on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), the development offers direct connectivity to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah, and will be within walking distance of the upcoming Dubai Metro Blue Line.
