Alef Group to Develop Community Mall at Hayyan, Boosting Sharjah’s Integrated Lifestyle Vision

Alef Group has announced plans to develop a new community mall within its flagship project Hayyan, further strengthening the emirate’s appeal as a hub for integrated lifestyle destinations.

The upcoming mall is set to become a central retail and social hub within Hayyan, offering a curated mix of retail outlets, cafés, dining options, and essential services. Designed to meet the daily needs of residents, the development will also serve as a vibrant gathering space for surrounding communities.

Strategically located along Emirates Road, the mall will benefit from strong connectivity, making it accessible not only to Hayyan residents but also to visitors from across Sharjah. The project is expected to enhance footfall and contribute to the area’s growing retail and lifestyle ecosystem.

Hayyan itself stands out as one of Sharjah’s most distinctive residential communities, blending modern living with nature-inspired elements such as expansive green spaces, lagoons, and family-oriented amenities. The development reflects Alef Group’s focus on creating environments that prioritize wellbeing, connectivity, and quality of life.

The new mall aligns with the developer’s broader vision of delivering integrated lifestyle experiences, supporting Sharjah’s urban growth and reinforcing its position as a destination for high-quality community living.

Once completed, the Hayyan community mall is expected to play a key role in enhancing everyday convenience for residents while elevating the overall lifestyle offering within one of Sharjah’s most dynamic developments.
