Ohana Development Records AED 6 Billion in Sales for Manchester City Yas Residences Within 72 Hours
Ohana Development has announced a landmark sales achievement after generating AED 6 billion in property sales within 72 hours for the Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana project, setting a new real estate sales record in Abu Dhabi.
The gated waterfront development is located along the Yas Canal on Yas Island and has attracted significant investor interest since its launch, highlighting continued confidence in the United Arab Emirates real estate sector.
Strong Investor Demand at Launch
According to the developer, investors queued at the project’s sales launch, demonstrating strong demand for the new luxury community.
Among buyers, 35 percent were Emirati investors, while 65 percent were expatriates and international buyers, reflecting the growing global appeal of Abu Dhabi’s property market. Following the strong response, Ohana Development indicated that additional inventory from the project may be released soon.

The Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana project spans 1.67 million square metres, with more than 55 percent of the masterplan dedicated to landscaped gardens and green spaces.
Designed around sports and active living, the development will feature integrated training and recovery facilities inspired by the philosophy of Manchester City F.C..
The community will also include a waterfront promenade featuring retail outlets, dining venues, and lifestyle destinations. Additional amenities are expected to include a marina sports club offering water sports activities, fitness centres, swimming pools, and other resort-style facilities.
