HANU x TakaHisa Four-Hands Dinner
Fine dining enthusiasts are set for a rare culinary collaboration as HANU partners with TakaHisa for a one-night four-hands dinner on March 30.
The exclusive event will bring together modern Korean cuisine and traditional Japanese techniques, showcasing the talents of HANU’s Executive Chef Kyung Soo Moon alongside TakaHisa’s co-head chefs Hisao Ueda and Takashi Namekata.
A fusion of two culinary worlds
Known for its contemporary take on Korean flavours, HANU joins forces with TakaHisa, celebrated for its seasonal omakase and premium A5 wagyu offerings. The collaboration will present a 12-course omakase menu, carefully curated to move seamlessly between both cuisines.
Curated menu highlights
The dining experience begins with HANU’s signature welcome bites and seasonal creations, before transitioning into TakaHisa’s sushi omakase selection.
Guests can expect standout dishes such as Awabi (abalone), Jeju mandarin ceviche, and Korean-style kimbap, alongside a collaborative beef course featuring both Ozaki beef and Korean Hanwoo. The evening concludes with a dessert course by HANU, rounding off the cross-cultural tasting journey.
Limited seats for an intimate experience
The event will feature one exclusive seating at 7pm, with attendance limited to just 10 guests, ensuring a highly intimate and personalised dining experience.
Tickets are priced at AED1,850 per person, excluding beverages.
A rare dining opportunity
With its blend of precision Japanese craftsmanship and innovative Korean flavours, the four-hands dinner offers a unique opportunity for diners to experience a harmonised culinary narrative crafted by some of Dubai’s leading chefs.
