Dubai’s Superyacht-Inspired Marsa Al Arab Opens, Redefining Luxury Hospitality

Dubai’s much-anticipated superyacht-inspired Marsa Al Arab has officially opened, marking a new era in ultra-luxury hospitality. The resort completes the Jumeirah Group’s iconic nautical trilogy, alongside the wave-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab.

Unparalleled Luxury and Amenities

Marsa Al Arab boasts 386 rooms and suites, 82 serviced residences, and an 82-berth superyacht marina. Designed to provide an exclusive and immersive experience, the resort features an extensive collection of restaurants, an indoor and outdoor pool area, and an indulgent spa offering world-class treatments.

Room rates start at Dh6,100 for a 110 sqm marina deluxe room, with the 359 sqm ocean grand terrace suite reaching up to Dh20,425. The prices are expected to rise during the upcoming Eid Al Fitr holiday.

Exclusive Suites and Royal Living

The resort offers a range of premium suites, including the Pearl, Presidential, and Royal suites. For larger groups or families, the five-bedroom Royal Suite spans 1,048 sqm, accommodating up to 20 guests. This exclusive space includes a wrap-around terrace, a private plunge pool, a jacuzzi bathtub with a view of Burj Al Arab, a private gym, and a telescope for stargazing. The cost of this suite remains undisclosed.

State-of-the-Art Marina

The Marsa Al Arab Marina is a yachting haven, offering 82 berths capable of accommodating vessels up to 61 meters in length. The marina provides full maintenance and fueling services, making it a prime docking destination along Dubai’s coastline. Visitors can also explore high-end retail stores and homegrown dining concepts while enjoying breathtaking sea views.

Architectural Excellence and Design

Designed by renowned architect Shaun Killa, the visionary behind Dubai’s Museum of the Future, the resort showcases a superyacht-inspired aesthetic. The interiors reflect high-end craftsmanship, featuring marble-clad surfaces, organic wood elements, soft-edged seating, handcrafted silk carpets, hand-blown crystal lighting, and rich textured fabrics.

The rooms draw inspiration from Italy’s legendary Riva boats, embracing 1960s glamour with expansive terraces offering panoramic ocean and marina views.

Luxurious Residences

Jumeirah Residences Marsa Al Arab offers 82 one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes. These residences, ranging from 79 sqm to 229 sqm, come with spacious terraces, elegant interiors, and access to hotel amenities. Residents can enjoy picturesque views of the marina, ocean, or the iconic Burj Al Arab. The grand lobby features a stunning chandelier made of 1,500 hand-blown seashell-shaped crystals sourced from the Czech Republic’s renowned Crystal Valley. Additionally, over 300 curated artworks and 29 sculptures further enhance the ambiance of the resort.
