BAPS Hindu Mandir Announces Registration and Timings for Eid Al Fitr Visits

The BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi has announced its registration process and visiting hours for the upcoming Eid Al Fitr holidays, in coordination with Abu Dhabi Police. Given the high volume of visitors expected, the temple has expanded its on-site parking facilities and introduced shaded waiting areas to enhance the experience for worshippers and tourists.

Timings and Entry Guidelines

📌 Opening Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM during the Eid holidays
📌 Closure: The temple will remain closed on Monday
📌 Registration: Visitors must register in advance via the “Mandir Abu Dhabi” app or website
📌 Entry Process: Guests must arrive at their designated time slot to ensure a smooth entry

⚠️ Walk-in visitors without prior registration may not be granted entry due to capacity constraints.

Growing Popularity of the Mandir

Since its grand opening, the BAPS Hindu Mandir has welcomed over 2.2 million visitors in its first year. During Eid Al Fitr 2024, the temple received more than 60,000 devotees, making it one of the most visited religious landmarks in the Middle East.

Authorities are expecting another large turnout this year, prompting infrastructure enhancements, including additional parking and shaded waiting areas, to accommodate the growing number of visitors.
