AI with a Mind? Companies Develop CEO-Inspired Personas to Supercharge Productivity

From keynote strategists like "Ken" to podcast planners like "Patty," companies are now deploying highly detailed AI counterparts—complete with professional backstories and leadership profiles—to dramatically accelerate work processes.

According to Fahed Bizzari, Managing Partner at Bellamy Alden Al Consulting, these AI-generated personas are transforming modern workflows. Speaking at the opening keynote of Tribe, an event organized by Khaleej Times for marketing professionals, Bizzari revealed how AI counterparts have become indispensable to his team’s productivity.

“When our messaging aimed at CEOs wasn't resonating, we flipped the script,” he said. The firm introduced “Andrew,” an AI persona who emulates a former McKinsey consultant turned tech entrepreneur with a deep passion for artificial intelligence. “Such a person couldn’t exist in real life,” said Bizzari. “But in the world of simulated intelligence, it’s possible—and incredibly powerful.”

These AI personas, or “counterparts,” aren’t limited to creative writing. They interact with chatbots, analyze inputs, and support specialized tasks across departments. For example, an HR manager at the firm cut the job description creation process from six weeks to just three days using their AI assistant.

“Each team member has an AI counterpart specific to their role,” said Bizzari. “Professionals often wear multiple hats. What AI allows us to do is assign a single, highly skilled 'hat' to each counterpart—and let them do it exceptionally well.”

The use of these counterparts is leveling the marketing playing field. “Small teams with limited budgets can now compete with large firms,” Bizzari explained. “AI is empowering the underdogs and creating a new kind of competition for big players.”

He emphasized that success now depends on speed. “Having a strategy isn’t enough—it must be executed swiftly. Every marketing trend has a shelf life, and those who capitalize on it quickly will benefit the most.”

The Tribe event featured panel discussions, fireside chats, networking sessions, and the unveiling of the region’s most influential marketing leaders. Attendees gained critical insights into the changing landscape of brand strategy, content creation, and digital transformation.
