Vertix Holdings Reports Strong Growth, Reaching Dh1.6 Billion in Assets Under Management

Vertix Holdings has announced a major milestone in its growth journey, reporting Dh1.6 billion ($435.97 million) in assets under management (AUM) in 2025, marking a 57% year-on-year increase compared to Dh1.02 billion in 2024.

The growth represents an absolute increase of Dh580 million, reflecting strong investor confidence and the company’s expanding footprint across the UAE’s investment and real estate sectors.

Driven by Strategic Investments and Portfolio Expansion

According to Vertix Holdings, the increase in AUM was driven by continued portfolio expansion, strategic asset management and disciplined investment strategies across its various business segments.

The group operates across multiple sectors, including:

  1. Auditing and financial services

  2. Real estate and property management

  3. Technology

  4. Education

  5. Investment platforms

Amer Al Ahbabi said the milestone reflects both investor trust and the company’s long-term vision.

“The strong growth in our assets under management reflects the confidence of our investors, the dedication of our teams, and the strength of our long-term strategy,” he said.

He added that the company will continue focusing on disciplined expansion and strategic investments to generate sustainable value across its portfolio.

Expansion of Property Management Portfolio

Vertix Holdings also expanded its property management portfolio in 2025, strengthening its role in managing prime residential and commercial assets in Abu Dhabi.

The company currently oversees several major real estate developments and towers across the UAE, with a focus on long-term value creation, operational efficiency and strategic asset optimisation.

Confidence in the UAE Economy

Khalifa Al Dhaheri highlighted the broader economic significance of the company’s performance.

He noted that Vertix Holdings’ 57% growth and Dh580 million increase in assets reflect the strength and resilience of the UAE economy, helping reinforce investor confidence in the country’s investment environment.

As Vertix continues to expand its investment footprint, the company aims to further strengthen its position as a trusted asset management and investment platform in the region.
