In a move to further enhance national unity, UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan declared 2025 as the "Year of Community" in the UAE. The initiative aims to foster stronger social bonds, shared responsibility, and collective action for a prosperous and sustainable future.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan shared his vision for the year, emphasizing the importance of building a cohesive community. "Hand in hand, we will work to strengthen social bonds, foster shared responsibility, and unlock potential for inclusive and sustainable growth," he stated. He encouraged all residents of the UAE to actively contribute toward their communities, ensuring the country remains an inspiring model of progress and prosperity.

A Unified Approach to Progress

Echoing the President's sentiments, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, highlighted the importance of unity in building a stronger society. In a separate tweet, he expressed that the "Year of Community" will focus on strengthening the social fabric of the UAE, noting that the nation's strength lies in a united community where individuals are connected, supportive, and caring for one another.
