"In observation of International Volunteers Day, as mandated by the United Nations General Assembly, Empower signs up with the UAE and the whole world in encouraging our staff members and the community to participate in this global effort. The UAE has shown a fine example of volunteerism to the world under the assistance of our nation's management, His Highness (H.H.) Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE; H.H Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
