Her previous role as Front Office Manager at Grand Plaza Mövenpick Media City in Dubai was instrumental in shaping her leadership capabilities. There, Claire led a dynamic team responsible for front desk and concierge operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Her ability to streamline processes and foster a guest-centric environment earned her recognition in the industry.
