Sharjah Tatweer Forum Successfully Conducts Interactive Workshop During SEWA Project Management Congress
According to its mission to develop the capacities of the young people and human resources of Sharjah, Sharjah Tatweer Forum (STF), a part of the Rubu' Qarn Structure for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators, effectively conducted a project management workshop as part of the Project Monitoring Congress of the Sharjah Electrical power and Water Authority (SEWA), which was held last May 8, 2017 at the Radisson Blue Hotel in Sharjah. The congress, which was kept in cooperation with the STF and Alleem Business Congress, was attended by project monitoring professionals who have extensive knowledge and experience in monitoring training programs.
The interactive workshop covered a wide range of topics which were made to provide individuals with necessary project management insights and devices, such as the Job Failure Structure (WBS), Network Representation, and Gantt Charts.
