SCTDA organises fourth edition of YOU@SHARJAH teaching programme for hotel staff in Sharjah
Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority arranged the 4th edition of the 'YOU@SHARJAH' Front Line Training Programme within its Marhabtain initiative to establish the abilities of workers in the tourist and hotel sector in the emirate of Sharjah. The three-day course was attended by 30 workers from 16 hotels in Sharjah, including personnel handling reception, reservations and room service and other sections in the hospitality market needing direct interaction with travelers.
