RTA launches Online Vehicle Mortgage Addition service

RTA's Licensing Agency has recently launched the 'Online Vehicle Mortgage Addition' service; the 2nd stage of 'Vehicles Mortgage Addition/Redemption' plan. The first phase of the plan, which relates to 'Online Vehicles Mortgage Redemption,' was introduced back in 2013.

Ahmed Bahrozyan, CEO of RTA's Licensing Agency, stated: "RTA constantly seeks to adopt the world's best practices to enhance services on offer to specific & business consumers. Migration to e-services is for that reason thought about part & parcel of RTA's existing plan for raising clients' satisfaction through offering improved and effective online services in collaboration with mortgagors, banks and car dealers.

"Implementation of Phase II of the plan is already underway through the self-service improvement system referred to as 'SDDI' system. The system streamlines & enhances vehicle home mortgage treatments, and slashes the time & cost of transactions processing, besides decreasing the required paper work, which complies with one of RTA's key strategic goals. The 'Online Vehicle Mortgage Addition' service would be developed by linking debtors with RTA through the SDDI system by submitting the home loan online to our traffic system suitable in RTA," included Bahrozyan.

"Through its teams, RTA looks for to implement the Dubai Ruler's vision of lowering the number of customers going to customer support centers by supplying simple & safe services. The alternative channels motivate business and individuals to use e-services in order to have their deals processed quickly, without obliging them to go to RTA's service centers, which adds to bringing joy to customers," concluded the CEO of RTA's Licensing Agency.
