Robo.ai Inc. (NASDAQ: AIIO) has appointed Dr. Jasem Ibrahim Mansour Al-Mansory as the Chief Executive Officer of its proposed Abu Dhabi-based subsidiary, Alif Holding, marking a significant milestone in the establishment of the company's AI-focused industrial technology group.

The appointment takes immediate effect and, together with the previously announced appointment of H.E. Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi as Chairman, completes Alif Holding's core leadership team and formal governance structure.

Building Intelligent Industries from the UAE

Operating under the vision of "Building Intelligent Industries," Alif Holding is expected to develop two integrated business platforms focused on intelligent software and intelligent equipment.

Extensive Public Service Experience

Dr. Al-Mansory brings more than three decades of leadership experience from the UAE Ministry of Interior, where he retired with the rank of Brigadier.

During his career, he served as Deputy Inspector General and Acting Director General, in addition to holding senior positions including Director of the Inspection Department within the Office of the General Inspector and Head of Administrative and Financial Affairs.

Academically, he holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom, a Master's degree in Police Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ajman University. He also possesses professional qualifications in digital transformation and the application of artificial intelligence.

Commenting on his appointment, Dr. Al-Mansory said his immediate priorities include building a leadership team rooted in the UAE, establishing robust governance and operational systems, and transforming the Group's technology and manufacturing capabilities into practical, market-ready solutions.
