Robo.ai Appoints Dr. Jasem Al-Mansory as CEO of Proposed UAE Subsidiary Alif Holding
Robo.ai Inc. (NASDAQ: AIIO) has appointed Dr. Jasem Ibrahim Mansour Al-Mansory as the Chief Executive Officer of its proposed Abu Dhabi-based subsidiary, Alif Holding, marking a significant milestone in the establishment of the company's AI-focused industrial technology group.
The appointment takes immediate effect and, together with the previously announced appointment of H.E. Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi as Chairman, completes Alif Holding's core leadership team and formal governance structure.
Building Intelligent Industries from the UAE
Operating under the vision of "Building Intelligent Industries," Alif Holding is expected to develop two integrated business platforms focused on intelligent software and intelligent equipment.
Once established, the company intends to develop, integrate and manufacture artificial intelligence systems in the UAE for deployment across multiple sectors, including:

Alif Holding's Board of Directors will be chaired by H.E. Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi, former President of INTERPOL, who will provide strategic oversight while supervising security, governance and compliance.
The company stated that building a locally led management team is central to its strategy, with both the Chairman and CEO being senior UAE nationals. The approach is designed to strengthen domestic industrial capabilities, support national talent development and ensure decision-making remains rooted in the UAE.
Extensive Public Service Experience
Dr. Al-Mansory brings more than three decades of leadership experience from the UAE Ministry of Interior, where he retired with the rank of Brigadier.
During his career, he served as Deputy Inspector General and Acting Director General, in addition to holding senior positions including Director of the Inspection Department within the Office of the General Inspector and Head of Administrative and Financial Affairs.
Academically, he holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom, a Master's degree in Police Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ajman University. He also possesses professional qualifications in digital transformation and the application of artificial intelligence.
Focus on Local Talent and Global Growth
Commenting on his appointment, Dr. Al-Mansory said his immediate priorities include building a leadership team rooted in the UAE, establishing robust governance and operational systems, and transforming the Group's technology and manufacturing capabilities into practical, market-ready solutions.
He added that Alif Holding aims to develop AI technologies in the UAE that can serve customers across the GCC while expanding into international markets.
