The existing property with 57 high-end villas will join the group in Q3 2016 and will be run as a members-only resort. It is the newest addition to Rezidor's expanding portfolio in Saudi Arabia that now includes 27 hotels with over 5,200 rooms in operation or under development.

The lodge-like Nofa Resort and Club is just 4 years of ages and situated 84km away from Riyadh within the town of Al Nemar. Adjacent to the special yard is the Nofa Safari Park with a comprehensive collection of wild and desert animals such as the popular Arabian Oryx. The resort comprises 57 sensational rental properties varying from 170 to 1,600 square meters and offering total personal privacy, two family-dining restaurants, a coffee lounge and a juice bar. Business and leisure centers include state-of-the-art conference room, a large home entertainment centre, an equestrian centre, a golf resort, a palm and fruit orchard, and a safari zone.
