Reality TV Star Ryan Serhant to Share Expertise on Dubai’s Booming Real Estate Market

Renowned real estate broker and reality TV star Ryan Serhant is set to take the stage in Dubai, offering valuable insights to brokers in the emirate’s rapidly evolving property market. Serhant, the star of the Netflix series Owning Manhattan, will be a key speaker at The Game Changers - Dubai Real Estate Summit, held at the Coca Cola Arena on 24th October.

At the summit, Serhant will be joined by Firas Al Msaddi, CEO of Dubai’s largest real estate brokerage, fäm Properties, which manages a property portfolio worth over AED 15 billion ($4.08B). Together, the two industry leaders will provide attendees with insider knowledge on how to excel in Dubai’s fiercely competitive real estate market.

With Dubai’s property sector experiencing a boom—sales reached AED 47.3B ($12.88B) in August, a significant jump from AED 4.7B ($1.28B) in August 2020—the summit is timely. Forecasts predict that high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) will invest over AED 16B ($4.36B) in Dubai property this year.

“Dubai has built a dynamic real estate environment that has attracted global investor interest,” said Serhant, who has closed over $10B in sales. “I’m excited to collaborate with Firas, a true expert in the Dubai market, and share our strategies for success with ambitious brokers looking to elevate their careers.”

The seven-hour summit will offer real estate professionals a comprehensive look at Dubai’s market, including strategies for selling large off-plan projects, cutting-edge marketing techniques, and a step-by-step guide to entering the ultra-luxury market. Al Msaddi, who founded fäm Properties in 2009, aims to empower attendees with practical, actionable insights that will transform their careers.

Serhant’s career skyrocketed after starting in real estate in New York in 2008, earning only $9,000 in his first year. By 2012, he was among the city’s top agents and starred in Bravo's Million Dollar Listing New York. He later founded SERHANT, his own brokerage, which has since expanded across eight states with over 700 employees, making Serhant one of the world’s most successful brokers.
