Property Finder Partners with ADREC to Support Launch of Abu Dhabi’s First MLS Platform, Madhmoun

Property Finder, the MENA region’s leading real estate portal, has announced a strategic partnership with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) to support the rollout of Madhmoun, Abu Dhabi’s first-ever Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform. The initiative reflects a major step forward in enhancing transparency, accuracy, and trust in the capital’s real estate market.

In preparation for Madhmoun’s official launch, Property Finder is conducting agent training sessions designed to ensure real estate professionals are fully equipped to use the new platform. The first training session, held on June 17, welcomed over 500 agents and featured a pre-launch demonstration along with insights from ADREC representatives. Agents were also allowed to raise queries and understand the platform’s functionality ahead of its activation.

Madhmoun, meaning "verified" in Arabic, is positioned as a one-stop MLS solution aimed at consolidating and regulating property listings in Abu Dhabi. It marks a significant milestone in the emirate’s real estate evolution by enforcing listing accuracy, data availability, and property authorisation—pillars that ADREC believes will strengthen investor confidence and buyer trust.

Property Finder will continue to host additional training sessions post-launch, focusing on Madhmoun’s features, benefits, and best practices. These will be supported by educational materials, FAQ documentation, and co-created video content to enhance user familiarity and adoption.

Cherif Sleiman, Chief Revenue Officer at Property Finder, commented:

“We applaud ADREC’s efforts and offer our full support in launching this milestone platform, which aims to reinforce trust by instituting accuracy, availability, and authorisation for all listings. While Property Finder continues its mission to change living for good in the region, this partnership with ADREC enables much-needed conversations around Madhmoun’s rollout and empowers agents to adapt successfully. We remain committed to supporting industry stakeholders and home-seekers alike, as Abu Dhabi’s real estate market evolves with greater transparency.”

The Madhmoun platform is expected to play a pivotal role in streamlining real estate operations, eliminating duplicate or unauthorised listings, and strengthening Abu Dhabi’s reputation as a transparent, data-driven property market.
