Property Finder Launches MENA’s First AI-Powered Home Valuation Tool with Six-Month Forecast

Dubai — Property Finder, MENA’s leading real estate platform, has launched the region’s first Home Valuation feature offering forward-looking value indicators, including a six-month price forecast. The new tool aims to enhance transparency and confidence for buyers, investors, homeowners and renters by providing instant, data-driven property valuation insights.

Exclusively available on the Property Finder mobile app, the Home Valuation feature delivers AI-powered estimates that assess a property’s current market value and predict its potential value six months ahead. The tool combines proprietary platform data, market sentiment analysis and human expertise through what Property Finder describes as “human-powered AI” — a hybrid approach blending machine learning with real-world market knowledge.

Built using decades of Property Finder data and millions of data points, the feature responds dynamically to changing market conditions, localised demand patterns and emerging trends. Unlike traditional valuation tools that rely primarily on historical transaction data, the new model integrates forward-looking indicators to reflect real-time market momentum.

Users can track up to 10 properties simultaneously through the Portfolio section, allowing them to monitor valuation changes for primary residences, investment properties or mixed portfolios in one centralised dashboard.

The launch addresses one of the most persistent challenges in the regional real estate market — valuation uncertainty. By offering predictive insights alongside current pricing estimates, the feature enables users to assess whether a property is fairly priced, represents a sound investment, or is likely to appreciate in the near term.

Fernando Fanton, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Property Finder, said the feature responds directly to consumer demand for clearer valuation guidance. He noted that valuation remains the primary concern for both buyers and sellers, often influencing decision-making and confidence levels.

The Home Valuation tool also reflects a broader shift in the real estate sector, as platforms evolve from static listing portals into intelligent, end-to-end property ecosystems. The industry is increasingly moving towards AI-driven insights, conversational user experiences and value-added services that extend beyond advertising models.

Property Finder’s consumer research indicates that home value remains the most important factor influencing purchase and rental decisions, while also being the leading cause of hesitation. By delivering instant and credible valuation insights, the new feature aims to act as a trusted decision-making companion in what is often a complex and emotionally driven process.

With this launch, Property Finder reinforces its position as a category-defining platform in the MENA real estate landscape, continuing to expand its role through technology-led innovation and data-driven consumer empowerment.
