Property Finder Awards 2025 celebrate UAE real estate excellence under the theme ‘A Night of Icons’

The Property Finder Awards 2025 returned to the Armani Hotel at Burj Khalifa, bringing together the UAE’s most influential real estate leaders for an evening dedicated to celebrating industry excellence. This year’s ceremony, themed “A Night of Icons,” showcased the achievements of top-performing agencies, innovators and professionals shaping the future of the country’s thriving property market.

The event gathered agency heads, leading brokers, developers, proptech innovators, government representatives, media and influencers from across the Emirates. The evening opened with celebrated TV and radio host Nimi Mehta as MC, followed by a high-energy performance from Emirati comedian Abz Ali. A surprise aerial dance act captivated attendees, setting the tone for a night of entertainment and recognition.

One of the evening’s main highlights was a special performance by the cast of Once Upon a Time in Dubai, the UAE’s first original musical. The celebration concluded with an electrifying performance by international superstar Craig David.

Property Finder Founder and CEO Michael Lahyani highlighted the essence of the awards.
“When we launched the Property Finder Awards, our intention was simple: to shine a light on the people who elevate this industry every single day,” he said. “This year’s winners represent the standard our industry is moving towards and are shaping the future of real estate in the UAE.”

Property Finder CMO Sevgi Gur emphasized the awards’ rigorous evaluation model.
“Our process is transparent and fully data-driven. Winners are selected based on quality, transparency, and performance indicators such as SuperAgent status and annual Quality Scores. After extensive reviews, a distinguished jury panel evaluates the finalists to determine the ultimate winners.”

A total of 47 trophies across nine categories were awarded, including the return of the prestigious Rising Star of the Year award. Judges for key categories included senior representatives from fäm Properties, McCone Properties, Treo Homes, Espace Real Estate, Engel & Völkers, Haus & Haus, Dubai Future District Fund and the PropTech Business Group.
