Mr Ayass is a well-respected global corporate lawyer with longer than 24 years of practice in the United States, Europe, and the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Imad is a keen and skilled attorney who has been a principal player in serving clients in major infrastructure, satellite, aerospace, project finance, and technology transactions. He has gained an outstanding character in his practice areas both in the Middle East, the United States and around the world.

In extension to the areas listed above, Imads practise concentrates largely on complicated global projects, corporate matters, administrative acquiescence and estate planning. Imad has a practical approach to legal work, which permits him to draw on his broad knowledge to complete analysis of complicated legal issues without losing sight of the underlying strategic and financial objectives of his clients.

Mr Ayass earned his BS degree from California State University, Los Angeles, and his JD from Whittier College School of Law. He is approved to practice in Washington, DC and California. Mr Ayass is articulate in English and Arabic and is at an exceptional level in Spanish.
