Mubadala Investment Company PJSC (Mubadala), the Abu Dhabi-based sovereign investor, has officially launched “Mubadala Bio,” a new national life sciences company aimed at transforming healthcare outcomes in the UAE and globally. The initiative marks a major strategic milestone in advancing national healthcare resilience, enhancing local pharmaceutical manufacturing, and supporting the UAE’s long-term economic diversification goals.

Mubadala Bio is set to play a critical role in reinforcing national drug security while positioning Abu Dhabi as a regional hub for life sciences. The company's extensive manufacturing and distribution network spans 10 facilities across Asia, Africa, and Europe, with six located within the UAE.
